IntelliRay UV curing equipment provides you with the flexibility and strength you need for rapid curing. The system components have two power options, 400W and 600W, and can be easily installed in Rayven curing boxes, adjustable height protective platforms, or anywhere in the factory workshop.

Easy to install and operate

IntelliRay is easy to install, requiring almost no wiring or remote power box - just install the magnetic head and connect the AC power cord. The automatic range of 90-132/180-265 VAC line input means that there is no need to modify it for different voltage requirements.

In addition, with its LCD display and numeric keyboard, IntelliRay is also easy to use. If you need remote control, the system has a Windows compatible graphical interface program that can be accessed through a PC serial port. If you need hands-free operation, we provide an optional shutter control pedal that can be used with the system's exposure timer.
